Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Formulab Pro mobile app and website (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Subscription & billing

Formulab Pro offers an auto-renewable yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

3. Free tier limits

• Materials: up to 10 items
• Formulas: up to 3 items

Exceeding these limits requires an active subscription.

4. Trials, refunds, and cancellations

Any trial periods, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Apple according to App Store policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.

5. Your content & license

You retain full ownership of the content you create (such as materials and formulas). By using the app, you grant us a limited license solely for storing and processing this content for the technical purpose of operating the service. We cannot view or directly access your data; it remains stored on your device or within cloud services (such as iCloud) under your control. All intellectual property rights in the app and its related technologies remain our property.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in ways that violate applicable laws.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
