1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Formulab Pro application ("the App") across iOS, Android, and Windows platforms. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Formulab Pro for your own personal or professional perfumery work. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or redistribute the application or its source code
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Resell access to the app or its features

3. Subscriptions

Formulab Pro offers optional premium features through platform-specific subscriptions:

• iOS subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store and governed by Apple's terms
• Android subscriptions are managed through Google Play and governed by Google's terms
• Windows subscriptions are managed through Microsoft Store and governed by Microsoft's terms
• Subscriptions are platform-specific and do not transfer between platforms
• Cancellation and refund policies are handled by the respective store

4. Your Data & Content

You retain full ownership of the formula data, materials, and notes you create within the App. We do not claim any rights over your content. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining backups of your data using the App's export and backup features
• The accuracy of formula data you enter and use for production decisions
• Compliance with IFRA guidelines in your actual perfumery practice
• The security of any exported files (PDF, Excel, backup) you share externally

5. IFRA Data Disclaimer

Formulab Pro provides tools to display and track IFRA (International Fragrance Association) limit data. This data is provided for informational and workflow purposes only. You are responsible for verifying IFRA compliance with up-to-date official guidelines before use in commercial or consumer products.

6. Limitation of Liability

Formulab Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Data loss resulting from device failure, app updates, or user error
• Decisions made based on formula calculations or IFRA data shown in the app
• Interruptions in cloud lookup services due to third-party data availability

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Changes will be noted with an updated revision date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
