Formulab Pro is a perfumery workspace application available on iOS, Android, and Windows. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data is accessed, how it is used, and your rights as a user.

We do not run advertising networks, sell your data, or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your personal name, email, or account information during normal app use
• Your formula data, material libraries, and notes are stored locally on your device only
• We do not send usage analytics or behavioural data to external servers
• We do not use tracking pixels or third-party advertising SDKs inside the app

3. Cloud Lookup (Optional)

Formulab Pro includes an optional feature to fetch material information (such as IFRA limits, molecular data, or CAS details) from an external database. This feature is:

• Triggered only when you explicitly request it by entering a material name or CAS number
• Limited to the search query you provide — no other app data is transmitted
• Not required to use the core features of the app

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are processed by the respective platform store:

• Apple App Store handles iOS subscriptions and payments
• Google Play handles Android subscriptions and payments
• Microsoft Store handles Windows subscriptions and payments

Formulab Pro does not access or store your payment card details. All billing is managed by the platform store you purchased through.

5. Backups & File Exports

When you export your data (PDF, Excel, or backup files), those files are created locally on your device. You are responsible for how those files are stored or shared after export. Formulab Pro does not upload these files to any server.

6. Children's Privacy

Formulab Pro is intended for professional and hobbyist perfumers. The app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. We will note the revision date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
