2. Data Stored in the App

All your materials, formulas, and settings are stored locally on your device by default.

The app does not upload your personal library, formulas, or custom data to our servers as part of normal usage.

3. External Database Requests (Cloud Lookup)

The app may use an internet connection only when you choose to fetch material information from the external database (for example, by searching using material name or CAS number).

• Only the query you initiate (such as a material name or CAS number) is sent to retrieve data.
• Your personal library, formulas, and private records are not uploaded as part of this process.

4. Exports and Backups

The app allows you to export data to PDF or Excel files and create backups.

All exported files remain under your control. You are responsible for managing and securing exported files stored outside the app.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

If you purchase a subscription, payments and subscription management are handled by:

• Apple App Store (for iOS devices)
• Google Play Store (for Android devices)

We do not process or store your payment information directly. Subscription data is managed according to the policies of the respective platform.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the app’s functionality and data integrity. However, you are responsible for securing your device and any exported files.

Formulab Pro is not directed to children under 13 years of age.
